We are not a chain and are proud to be serving generations of families in the neighborhood since 2001. We are independently owned and operated and take pride in providing the best personalized care from our passionate and experienced team of clinicians. We love getting to know our patients and being part of their recovery journey. Oftentimes we continue working with our patients on personalized strength training programs after recovery to achieve even higher goals. Our clinic is located at 215 East 73rd Street, between 2nd and 3rd Avenue, in the Upper East Side of Manhattan. We are easily accessible by public transportation and close to the Q train at 72nd Street.
Yes. We’re just a short walk from the Q train at 72nd Street and multiple MTA bus lines that run along 2nd and 3rd Avenue.
Yes. Several parking garages are located within one block of our clinic. Street parking is also available in the area.
We offer extended hours to accommodate busy schedules, including early morning and evening appointments. We are closed on weekends. Contact us to find a time that works for you.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes that allow easy movement. Athletic wear and sneakers are usually best.
